CHECKING OUT THE SCENE

Sometimes the images that grab you on the racetrack aren’t on the racetrack at all.  Sometimes, it’s something else altogether: a group of jockeys, the flowers around the winner’s circle, the horse identifier at work.  Photographer Vas caught many of these moments for The Racing Biz during the year, and here were some arresting moments.
