RACE 1

4. Eimear	Mostly debut runners in this 2yo maiden claimer, and this one’s a half to a debut winner; trainer Farrior has two wins with 2yo debut maiden claimers at the meet and will leg up go-to rider Boca
7. Delcap Alice	Ambitiously named filly is a half to a debut winner for a barn that has a positive ROI with 2yo debut maiden claimers
3. Pichu	Showed speed in debut and gets blinkers on today

RACE 2

2. Nanisca	Don’t let the paltry Beyer figs fool ya: this miss has a ton of early speed and took heat from 3-10 and 3-5 faves in her two starts thus far, running both into the ground before prevailing; figures to lead early once again
4. Greyhound Station	Strong showing in latest but likely not quick enough to lead #2 early in this one
3. Antonacci Girl	Will benefit if early pace heats up and trainer-jock combo is 3-for-5 at the meet

RACE 3

5. Up for It	Easier group than he’s been seeing as he exits stakes company in latest; Goldwood last-place finisher won an allowance next out
6. Colonel Bob	Showed early promise, perhaps win last out gets him moving back in the right direction
8. Cattivo Ragazzo	Dam’s career-best Beyer came on turf, and Great Notion is the sire of crack turf sprinters Future Is Now and Witty

4. Mr. Supreme	Excellent debut when regrouping after trouble early and mid-race to just miss
5. Raging Cajun	Good speed in debut and runner up came back to be a decent fourth in a $100k maiden special at the Spa
3. Let’s Go Lando	Lack of early foot has been a bit of an issue, but added ground a plus

RACE 5

6. Commemorative	Tries turf for the first time and has a full sibling who’s G3-placed on the lawn; makes second start of the season
1. Suitefourfourthree	Gets back to what looks to be her best game; lone turf try came in a Keeneland heat that produced three next-out winners
7. Lady Vintage	First foal out of an Italian Group 3 winner who won her first four starts

Favorites went 0-for-8 on Thursday, which triggered: a $30,299 carryover in the Early Pick 5, a $48,647 carryover in the middle Pick 5, and a late Pick 5 payout of $20,554.40 in which one bettor took down the entire pool…
Jockeys Gabriel Maldonado and Martin Chuan each won twice. Maldonado won on Myluckeyvalentine ($9.40) and Grey Biggsy ($28.20), both for trainer Cal Lynch. Chuan won with Lachicafortequila ($10.00) and Baby Blocks ($13.80); the former is trained by Mark Shuman and the latter by Blake Kelly…
The Ham Smith-trained Goodbye Note ($19.00) upset (of course!) the day’s featured second-level allowance taking down favored Awesome Flay by two lengths-and-change under jockey Raul Mena…

3. Lookin At Roses	Eight-time winner at the trip has been in good form of late, besting similar last out one after finishing second to 4-5 Golden Juan; projects to get a close-up trip
6. Walk Away Joe	Willing second behind top choice in latest
2. Gran Andrews	Loves to win but do note since coming north he’s just 1-for-6 at every track not named Charles Town

RACE 7

8. Atlas Strong	Wheels back on short rest after hammering Del-certified rivals on the dirt
1. Don’t Tell Kelly	Hasn’t run badly on the turf, and we’re hesitant to put too much stock in last couple as both had a tearaway leader; likely finds a more fairly run rance today
5. Princess Javoncia	Two of three to run back from the Lyphard won their follow-ups

RACE 8

2. Anonymously	Could get first run on tiring leaders, and best earlier efforts would do the trick; last-place finisher from most recent won follow-up
5. Ritabook	Has dueled for the advantage with #7 here in three straight; drawn inside that rival today
6. Little Crybaby	Looks to go 3-for-3 at the meet after closing from the clouds to beat similar last time out
