Finally breaking maiden after eight tries, #6 Essential Girl has clearly run her best over this track with solid efforts at this distance… #2 Sweet and Feisty faltered on turf, but gets some class relief here and returns to a preferred surface with races that put her in the mix.. #5 Bulle Babe starts as the morning line favorite as another turf to dirt filly who drops into claiming company and should be in a good spot early…

RACE 2: 4-5-7-2

#4 Vino Bella should be the winner if she repeats her last try; winning by a convincing seven and a half albeit against claimers… Showing some improvement this spring, #5 Vanaka looks to stalk the leaders and has a strong case to be considered with Vino Bella if she maintains her recent form… #7 Tasty Time has been a consistent finisher in dirt sprints, and appears to be at her best with a sharp break and aggressive ride from this outside post…

RACE 3: 1-2-8-7

#1 Specialagentjonson would offer good value if he starts anywhere around his morning line, even if his late running style has kept him from winning in the past but should like the added ground… #2 Fridayswithmurray is another who figures to make a bit of a late run here, and has simply been moving too little too late in races of similar conditions… #8 Wine Collector should adjust to the distance better than #7 I’m Due, but needs to be positioned mid pack by Centeno to hit the board at this level…

RACE 4: 2-7-8-3

Finishing in the money at a good clip over dirt sprints, #2 God With Us drops down further in class and should be a player if Cedeno can get him to break… Into Mischief gelding #7 Amusing Mischief should see a bump from the surface change and class relief; with a string of efforts in the fall and winter that could put her in the winner’s circle… Typically forwardly placed Kravets gelding has plenty of experience with seventy-one lifetime starts; #8 Inter Miami has enough left in the tank to hit the board here even if he tires late…

RACE 5: 1-2-7-3

#1 Rags to Lace has a clear tactical advantage if he breaks to the lead; will need to prove that his form will adjust to this course as recent works have been sluggish… #2 Babble could be a good longshot play even if he won’t match the whopping 239/1 of last try where he stepped forward in his first turf effort… #7 Alrasikh has slightly stronger speed figures than this group; still lacks winning efforts against similar company even if he is the most consistent…

RACE 6: 3-1-5-4

Quick turnaround for #3 Luminous Secret who won three straight before last race against tougher; a more forward trip and avoiding a four wide turn could lead to a return to his best… Another who swung four wide around both turns last time, #1 The Feisty One has handled the mile even with similar success at six furlongs; hits the board at a strong clip with very few off efforts compared to the others… #5 Miss Interpretation won her lone try at the mile on dirt with much of her success here hinging on the first quarter mile…

RACE 7: 8-7-6-2

#8 Cloud Music will almost certainly grab the lead and carries his strong turf resume into this race as he comes off the bench; still has to adjust to this class after a tough going last time… #7 Falfurrias has struggled to win recently, but may find this middle distance to be to his liking as he was out finished last time at a mile and a sixteenth… #6 Tunisian Spring nearly missed at this distance last time; should have the class and upside to be a winner just needs to put it all together…

RACE 8: 4-7-5-3

Appearing to be the best on paper, #4 Dina’s Touch has been the most competitive of the bunch and should get back to a fast track where she has hit the board in four of five tries all over this course… #7 Golden Ellie struggled with the distance stretch last time out, but drops down in class and could be a winner with a repeat of her form two back at similar distance… #5 Molly the Cat hasn’t quite shown the speed at Hawthorne to win here, but adds lasix and took a step forward last time with some value in this spot…
