In this rare, three-turn starter allowance for older males, #1 Positive Phil (3-1) gets favorable inside draw and looks poised for mild upset here for trainer Anthony Farrior. #3 Northern Ridge (5-2) has been fourth in each of last two after win against similar for trainer Jamey Johnson and should make his presence known. #5 Jammin Jimtown (1-1) figures to get ample support here and could be odds-on for trainer Wade Sanderson. #2 Prota (5-1) should be able to work out a favorable trip and potentially complete several gimmicks here.

RACE 3

In this two-turn event for $5,000 claiming fillies and mares, #1 Seeds of Time (9-2) gets favorable inside draw and should be able to work out a smooth trip in this spot. #3 She Figures (2-1) sports back class with prior win in the Distaff BC and looks to regain that form here for trainer Kevin Joy. #5 Map Em Up (6-1) has been consistent sort throughout the season and could split the top pair at a modest price. #4 U Know I B Lion (8-1) also merits an upset chance and could complete several gimmicks at a generous price.

RACE 6

3-4-7-5

In this competitive, one-turn allowance dash for state-breds, #3 Drinkwiththestars (8-5) has been second in each of last two outings after winning first two starts for trainer Ronney Brown and looms the one to beat in this spot. #4 Manhattan Weave (5-2) won last and merits respect in repeat bid for trainer Anthony Farrior. #7 Remys Gumsmoke (5-1) also won last out for trainer Tim Grams and favorable outside draw gives him upset chance. #5 Hopping Henry (6-1) remains winless in 10 starts this year and is still seeking to regain freshman form for trainer Michael Sterling.

4-3-7-5

In this competitive, contentious and wide-open edition of the Eleanor Casey for West Virginia-bred two-year-old fillies, #4 Sail On Breeze (5-1) has been the beaten favorite in each of her two previous stakes tries and looks to make amends for both in this spot for trainer Jeff Runco. #3 Marz Express (7-2) won the Triple Crown Nutrition BC at 13-1 in her stakes debut and already owns two victories in two-turn events here for trainer Anthony Farrior. #7 Juba’s Parade (9-2) has been second to Marz Express in each of her last two outings and could finally turn the tables on that one in this spot. #5 Lightnin Runner (4-1) has won both of her starts at generous prices and seeks second straight stakes score while trying two turns for the first time.
