Talented Limited View, already with three wins on her ledger, will be the one to beat in Saturday’s Maryland Juvenile Filly Championship at Laurel Park.
“Maybe it wasn’t that impressive,” said LImited View’s trainer John Salzman after winning the Lassie. “But I’m impressed.”
Two-time winners Margie’s Money and Limited View square off in what figures to be an exciting Maryland Million Lassie for two-year-old fillies Saturday.
Two-year-old Limited View — sixth in the G2 Adirondack last out — took a Laurel Park allowance today and is pointed at the Maryland Million October 21.
The first two-year-old race of 2017 in Maryland will take place Saturday as the first race on Laurel Park’s card.
Racing returned to Laurel Park with a bang — a new track record for the about 1 1/16 mile distance.
