Saturday’s Parx card features the $250,000 PTHA President’s Cup on the lawn.  Meanwhile, over at Delaware Park, it’s Owners’ Day, with a passel of stakes restricted to Delaware-certified horses and a couple to horses that have started at Delaware this year.  All in all, plenty on tap this weekend!
