Race 2 – Schuylerville Stakes
1. #6 Simone (9-2) – Should love the extra furlong after running out of ground in her debut, and may get the fight pace to run at from mid pack
2. #4 My Sweetheart (2-1) – Has the most impressive race of the bunch in her lone try, and can win here if she builds off that and avoids pressure from Evolution early
3. #2 Kingsolver (3-1) – Came up empty in the stretch in her debut, but still compares well with this field that has plenty to figure out in their young careers
4. #5 Miss Magical (4-1) – This filly by Good Magic should be rounding out the rear, but could get the right set up to close into the money
Race 8 – Grade III Manila Stakes
1. #4 Zulu Kingdom (6-5) – The classiest of the bunch with six wins in seven tries, it will be tough to beat this Brown trainee but his margin of victory is typically narrow
2. #6 Uncatalyzed (8-1) – The less accomplished of the Chad Brown entries, this colt could take control of this race early, and is likely his best going a mile
3. #5 Reagan’s Wit (7-2) – An impressive winner of a slower James Murphy at Pimlico, this colt has gone head to head with Zulu Kingdom on firm turf and can do so here
4. #7 Revolutionnaire (12-1) – His two stakes tries in the states went well against solid competition, and with continued improvement this is one that has a chance to win
Race 9 – Grade I Belmont Derby Invitational
1. #7 World Beater (10-1) – Offers good value and can certainly compete with this field if he repeats his last try plus seems to like the distance
2. #5 Test Score (4-1) – Has been consistent in his career, and appears to have taken a step forward this year with back to back strong efforts for Graham Motion
3. #4 New Century (3-1) – Like Final Gambit and Flying Mohawk, this colt may be a bit too far back in a field with a lone speed, but has the talent to finish in the mix
4. #6 Final Gambit (5-2) – Tank has been in top form and deserves a play given his running style, but this Derby participant should improve with the switch back to turf
Race 10 – Grade II Suburban Stakes
1. #4 Locked (8-5) – Not the best value coming off a layoff, but prefers distance and wins if he runs his best
2. #1 Phileas Fogg (5-1) – The likely pace setter, this gelding needs to slow down the pace to have winning chances but has been running well this year
3. #7 Antiquarian (4-1) – Another Pletcher trainee who should relish the added ground, this colt should sit a good stalking trip and may be improving this year
4. #8 Awesome Aaron (7-2) – Tough to pass up on this runner who gets Irad Ortiz in the irons and recently won the Grade III Pimlico Special but faces a tougher test here
Race 11 – Harvey Pack Stakes
1. #6 Works for Me (4-1) – Prat chooses this colt over a few others and appears to be one of the most consistent finishers who won over this course last month
2. #10 Witty (5-1) – This deep closer will have plenty of work from his post, but has specialized at turf sprints, almost always finishing in the top two at this distance
3. #9 Bring Theband Home (8-1) – Should offer good value with a chance to control the race from the jump, but does step up in class here
4. #5 Outlaw Kid (6-1) – Off a long layoff for George Weaver, this gelding showed good consistency in his career and has some good backclass to compete here
