Race #5 Picks: 6-5-8-9

Race #6 Picks: 2-3-9-6

The $100,000 George Rosenberger Memorial Stakes for fillies and mares has been taken off the turf and will be run at 1 1/16 miles on the main track. #2 Factor It In (4-1) has won three straight events on the main track, including allowances at Delaware and Monmouth, defeating next-out winners in both. She’s well suited to the two-turn trip… #3 Thisnameisokay (15-1) seems to have found the winning combination, and maybe that’s just a result of the switch to the grass. But perhaps the change in tactics has helped, too; she’s been on the front or pressing the pace in her last four grass starts, including three wins, and we suspect the plan today will be to try to take ‘em all the way… #9 Malibu Beauty (6-1) scratched out of a Delaware sprint stake yesterday to await this spot and is certainly the class of the field. The distance is a question mark, though; in the Timonium Distaff, she was run down late by longshot Breviary, and while she won the Peach Blossom here at a mile, the added sixteenth may tell the tale…

Race #7 Picks: 3-6-7-1

In the $100,000 DTHA Governors Day Handicap at one mile and 70 yards #3 American Patrol (2-1) is coming back from a 4-month break, but Cathal Lynch usually has them ready to run. This versatile colt can win sprints or routes and we think he will fire today, #6 Shackqueenking (7-5) has won all four of his races at Delaware Park. This gelding has run well in stakes races and has solid speed figures. #7 Zabracadabra (6-1) is making his third start after a layoff and has been running well. Any further improvement today will put him right in the mix. #1 Guillaume (6-1), a recent claim has, the advantage of the leading trainer/jockey combination.  Jamie Ness wins at a 35% clip on first after claim, and rider Rodriguez won a half-dozen yesterday.

Race #8 Picks: 6-4-10-13

Race #9 Picks: 11-12-1-2

Race #10 Picks: 5-7-8-6

Race #11 Picks: 11-8-5-4

Race #12 Picks: 5-6-7-2
