Race #1 Picks: 6-8-10-1

Race #2 Picks: 9-1-2-7

Race #3 Picks: 1-2-6-3

Race #4 Picks: 3-2-6-5

In the $100,000 Tax Free Shopping Distaff for Delaware bred or certified fillies and mares at 6 furlongs, #3 Intrepid Daydream (6-5) is one of two Gary Capuano trainees in the race and has won three straight in easy fashion. This will be her stiffest competition this year, but we think she has enough talent to beat this group. #2 Philadelphia Belle (4-1) has already beaten a couple of others in this field and is in very good form. If she can repeat her last two she will be competitive today. #6 Malibu Beauty (3-1) almost won the Timonium Distaff in last with an 85 speed figure. She has shown she can be competitive with this group before and is a contender.  #5 Gunfyre Gal (8-1) has been running well at Parx and is getting Frankie Pennington on top. Has a chance to surprise today.

Race #5 Picks: 7-3-1-8

Race #6 Picks: 4-6-1-3

In the $100,000 New Castle Stakes for Delaware bred or certified 3YO and upward at 6 furlongs, #4 Whereshetoldmetogo (7-5) is the winner of three straight and five of his last six. This is a horse for the course with six wins in eight tries at Delaware Park. A win today will put him over $900,000 in lifetime earnings, and we have him on top. #6 Threes Over Deuces (9-5) has not won in his last eight starts but has run some very good races and several speed figures of 90. He will be in the mix and is a contender. #1 Benandjoe (8-1) is making his first start at Delaware Park after running in optional claiming races in Maryland. He should set the pace, and if the track is playing to early speed, which Delaware sometimes does, he could steal it. #3 Indian Lake (6-1) is another speed horse who finished fifth in this event last year but was beaten less than two lengths. He’s been one-two in seven of eight at the distance.

Race #7 Picks: 5-4-6-8

Race #8 Picks: 7-8-9-2
