Maryland Jockey Club chief Mike Rogers today reported “great progress” on fixing the Laurel Park track, with racing Jan. 16 a possibility.
Laurel Park will not race Friday or Saturday, pushing back the resumption of racing until Jan. 16 at the earliest, the track told horsemen today.
