1. #3 Italian Soiree (7-2) – Has kept good company recently and has run well over this turf course in two tries including a stakes win here last year and clearly prefers this distance
2. #4 Sunna (2-1) – Real chance to go gate to wire here and appears to be in a groove with three straight wins including one at stakes level but steps up slightly here
3. #6 In Our Time (5-2) – Has struggled to win, but her early speed should keep her in the mix even if she doesn’t hold on and reach the winner’s circle
4. #1 Zeitlos (4-1) – Classy mare by Curlin has two turf tries over the last year but has run primarily in graded races and would be the one to take advantage of a quicker pace if In Our Time presses Sunna early
Race 8 – Alw 120000n1x
1. #8 Gypsy Art (4-1) – Good recent speed figures and a strong record in the money in six tries with all of his efforts coming in turf sprints
2. #5 Mission Improbable (8-1) – A winner last time out in his lone turf sprint try, so getting another crack at turf sprints here puts him in good position to run well again
3. #9 No Evidence (8-1) – Wasn’t sharp last time out, but has good connections and solid back class with a chance to close into the money with three shows over this track
4. #4 Cuando (6-1) – Grunge has more upside in this spot, but this gelding by Not This Time can be a threat on the lead if he gets back to his top form and is aggressive from the jump
Race 9 – Alw 105000n1x
1. #2 Tricky Business (2-1) – Adds blinkers and drops from stakes company to this state bred allowance and wins if he returns to his form from his debut
2. #4 Toscano (5-2) – Gelding by Vino Rosso has been struggling to win at this level, but has fared well at a mile and has a race two back that compares well to this group
3. #7 Judge Boushay (3-1) – Broke maiden last time out at this distance and had been showing improvement but may be a tad slower than the top two even if he has chances with these connections
4. #6 Sunday Boy (6-1) – Doesn’t appear to be a winner here, but has the class and consistency to find his way into the top four with a solid effort
Race 10 – Grade II Bowling Green Stakes
1. #1 Ole Crazy Bone (5-2) – Has put forth some of his better efforts as of late, and should have no issues with this distance as he won at twelve furlongs two back but comes off the bench
2. #6 Minaret Station (2-1) – His form indicates that he is reaching for added ground with a strong late kick and good stretch runs for William Walden
3. #4 Fort George (9-5) – Comes from overseas where he has run against tougher competition which could be enough to win here but enters with unfamiliar connections to this track
4. #2 Soleil Volant (12-1) – Won his lone try at the distance two back, and should run well at another turf route even if he is a step below the top from a class perspective
Race 11 – Mdn 100k
1. #10 Coach Ryan (5-2) – First time gelding adds lasix and is a step above this field if he builds off his first two efforts with these connections
2. #5 Karsten (3-1) – Ran on well in his debut and could be dangerous here at this distance with some improvement from his first try
3. #6 Before the Wind (6-1) – Has had plenty of chances to win, but should be in the mix with his experience and three places in three tries at this distance
4. #2 Classic Commander (8-1) – Ran a solid second last time out, but may only have a chance as a deeper closer which limits him against a group where some have shown a bit more
