RACE 1: CLAIMING $5,000 (CONDITIONED), 3-YEAR-OLDS AND UP, 1 MILE

1. #6 – Belts ‘n Brooks (4-1): Has consistently solid form and races third off a three-month break.
2. #2 – Jester’s Song (2-1): Sat off the pace and got upt ow in at Charles Town last out; might be able to make the lead this time.
3. #1 – Norfie (5-2): Gets Jeiron Barbosa in the saddle for the first time and will be tough if he can stay close to what could be a slow pace.

RACE 2: CLAIMING $10,000 (CONDITIONED), 3-YEAR-OLDS AND UP, FILLIES AND MARES, 6 1/2 FURLONGS

1. #1 – Ready for Magic (7-2): Easy winner at Charles Town last out gets hot-riding apprentice Nomar Arroyo Bueno up.
2. #3 – Tipmanee (9-5): Will try to make the early lead and not look back.
3. #4 – Cicatriz (9-2): Has hit the board in her last few races against these types.

RACE 3: CLAIMING $5,000 (CONDITIONED), 3-YEAR-OLDS AND UP, 6 1/2 FURLONGS

1. #8 – Doc Dallas (7-2): Has finished second to gate-to-wire winners in his last two starts; any kind of pace to close into makes him a threat.
2. #5 – Speedy Sammy (9-2): Won his last two races on the lead at this distance; look for him to be sent hard to clear to the top.
3. #3 – This is the Life (8-1): Also has early speed and the beneift of inside position, though he’s unproven going this far.

RACE 4: MAIDEN SPECIAL WEIGHT, 3-6 YEAR-OLDS, FILLIES AND MARES, 4 FURLONGS

1. #5 – Charmed Hour (3-5): Ran a big second on debut at Delaware Park behind a determined gate-to-wire winner; looks much the best against these.
2. #4 – Spritzin’ Around (2-1): Raced near the pace and hung in until late at first asking at Colonial Downs; could take the early lead and pull off a mild upset.
3. #3 – Keltic Fury (5-1): Showed improvement second time out and now adds blinkers.

RACE 5: STARTER ALLOWANCE $5,000, 3-YEAR-OLDS AND UP, 4 FURLONGS

1. #1 – Double Edged Sword (9-5): As long as this speedy gelding breaks well, this race will be over a few strides out of the gate.
2. #6 – Borracho (5-2): 22-time winner will try to press Double Edged Sword and hang around for a share.
3. #3 – Cold as Hell (6-1): He’ll hope the pace gets contested and pick up the pieces.

RACE 6: CLAIMING $5,000 (CONDITIONED), 3-YEAR-OLDS AND UP, 6 1/2 FURLONGS

1. #4 – Robert’s Moon (30-1): Ran huge from the far outside post at Delaware last out and gets Bueno up; while I don’t think you’ll get his morning line price, he’s still very dangerous.
2. #3 – Great Heavens (9-5): Gets significant class relief after facing better for most of the year.
3. #1 – Candycrumbs (6-1): Showed promise over the winter at Laurel park and has worked well for his first start since February.

RACE 7: ALLOWANCE (N/W1Y), 3-YEAR-OLDS AND UP, FILLIES AND MARES, 6 1/2 FURLONGS

1. #5 – Delray (9-5): Crushed the field on the lead at Penn National last out and looks poised to make it three in a row for Jamie Ness.
2. #2 – In My Memories (2-1): Has speed on the inside for the ever-dangerous Anthony Farrior barn, but hasn’t raced since January 10.
3. #3 – Sheilahs Warcloud (6-1): She’s been scratched twice at the meet, but finally looks ready to go here 

RACE 8: MAIDEN CLAIMING $12,500, 3-6-YEAR-OLDS, 6 1/2 FURLONGS

1. #4 – Regency Tale (4-5): Any of his recent races bury these, though you won’t get much value.
2. #1 – Dr. Buzzy (7-2): Has inside speed for the Farrior/Barbosa dream team.            
3. #5 – Honorary American (5-1): Showed speed first off a 14-month layoff last out and drops in for a tag for the first time.
