RACE 1: CLAIMING $10,000 (N/W2L), 3-YEAR-OLDS AND UP, 6 1/2 FURLONGS

1. #4 – Tethered Soul (1-1): Showed heart on the lead in a runner-up effort at Penn National last out.
2. #6 – Veneto (2-1): Broke his maiden in his first start off a year-plus layoff in his most recent start at Delaware Park; his usual effort makes him a contender.
3. #3 – Who Says So (9-2): Likes to get checks and should be able to rally for a share.

RACE 2: MAIDEN CLAIMING $40,000, 3-6 YEAR-OLDS, FILLIES AND MARES, 6 1/2 FURLONGS

1. #4 – Kentucky Mule (6-1): The class drop and the switch to dirt for the first time could wake her up.
2. #2 – Daring Delight (3-1): Raced near the pace and held third in her seasonal bow at Charles Town last out; could make the lead in this spot.
3. #6 – Gem on Tour (12-1): Showed nothing on debut against maiden special weight rivals, but if anyone can wake a horse like her up, it’s Anthony Farrior.

RACE 3: CLAIMING $5,000 (CONDITIONED), 3-YEAR-OLDS AND UP, FILLIES AND MARES, 6 1/2 FURLONGS

1. #2 – R Averie Lynn (8-5): Classy mare should get her preferred trip on the pace with her good draw.
2. #5 – Tuned to the Moon (4-1): Stopped badly first off the Farrior claim last out, but her early speed still makes her a danger.
3. #4 – Always Forward (7-2): After struggling for most of the season, she’s finished first or second in three of her last four starts.

RACE 4: STARTER OPTIONAL CLAIMING $25,000, 3-YEAR-OLDS AND UP, FILLIES AND MARES, 4 FURLONGS

1. #5 – Techstar (4-5): Cruised to a dominant maiden-breaking win at Penn National last out; this is a big class test, but the ceiling’s high.  
2. #2 – Pinky Swear (3-1): Has also shown glimmers of promise and races third off a 10-month layoff.
3. #6 – Divulge (9-2): Looks to press the pace from the outside.

RACE 5: MAIDEN CLAIMING $40,000, 2-YEAR-OLDS, 4 FURLONGS

1. #3 – Baru (9-5): He’s run decent races against better all year, is this the spot where he breaks through?
2. #1 – His Friesan Fire (7-2): Scratched yesterday to run here; recent workouts have been decent and John Salzman is always tough with 2-year-olds here.
3. #5 – Z Town (5-1): Hopes to regroup here after a disappointing debut in June, in a race where was bet down to 7-1.

RACE 6: CLAIMING $16,000 (CONDITIONED), 3-YEAR-OLDS AND UP, 6 1/2 FURLONGS

1. #2 – Lil Sebastian (5-2): Should make the lead and protect position on the rail.  
2. #3 – The Count is On (4-1): Showed slowly improving dirt form over the winter.
3. #6–  Borletti (8-1): Lost by a head at 38-1 in a game effort first off a seven-month break at Delaware last out.

RACE 7: CLAIMING $16,000 (N/W2L), 3-YEAR-OLDS AND UP, FILLIES AND MARES, 6 1/2 FURLONGS

1. #5 – The Great Maybe (4-1): Finished third behind a pair of next-out winners in her most recent start at Delaware.
2. #2 – Over My Cents (3-1): Has finished second or third in her last four dirt starts without a win; can she finally break through?
3. #1 – Cupid’s Choice (5-2): Crushed the field by 8 1/4 lengths in her last dirt start in late April.

RACE 8: ALLOWANCE OPTIONAL CLAIMING (N/W2X), 3-YEAR-OLDS AND UP, 6 1/2 FURLONGS

1. #4 – All the Hardways (5-2): Rallied up the rail to beat a respectable field last out; runner-up Take a Hint beat starter allowance rivals at Delaware next out.
2. #2 – Sacred Thunder (7-2): Won at this level at Laurel Park in late April and looks for a rebound after missing the board in his last three races.
3. #3 – Heard On Thestreet (2-1): Uber-consistent gelding looks to sit in midpack and get at least a slice.

RACE 9: CLAIMING $5,000 (CONDITIONED), 3-YEAR-OLDS AND UP, 1 MILE

1. #4 – Bernie Goes Boom (7-2): Has a decent closing kick and will be tough as long as he doesn’t fall too far off the pace.
2. #1 – Lomax (5-1): Rallied from off of slow fractions to win on the opening day program.
3. #3 – Tactics (5-1): Blew the doors off a non-winners of two field two starts back, so we know the ability’s there.
