RACE 13-1-5-4

Morning line favorite #3 Paint the Alley drops slightly after hard-trying third in his first start in over a year; even a repeat could be good enough… #1 Profitable Prince is a bit of all-or-nothing proposition: either the big drop from special weight to bottom claiming provides a wakeup call, or what you see to date is what you get; trainer Grams wins at a 29% clip on the company drop… #5 Justoutoftheblue stretches out to two turns for the first time…

RACE 25-6-4-2

Speedy type #5 Miss Menetes defeated allowance foes in latest is a three-time winner at this trip; has plenty of early lick and is drawn outside her speediest rival… #6 Amalfi Sunset returns to a level at which she’s won after a couple of unsuccessufl tilts against better… #4 Julita is 3-for-3 at this one-turn trip and won at the first allowance level four back, though that was two trainer changes ago…

RACE 36-1-2-7

#6 El Rabano might offer some value in his local bow and second start since adding Lasix again after facing some good-sized fields at Tampa Bay; improved speed in latest… #1 The Commack Kid ran poorly after a slow start in his latest but has some prior outings that are plenty good enough to win in this spot and drops from special weight company into the claiming ranks… #2 Axel Foley, by Mitole, makes his first career start; trainer Kristy Gazzier is 9% with debut runners…

RACE 44-5-3-2

After three straight tries drawing the rail, #4 Gold Fiber gets a better draw in this spot and narrowly qualifies via the “two since a date” condition, his second recent win having come 10 days prior to the cutoff… #5 Cajun Joe beat similar two back and was a troubled third last out when finishing ahead of our top choice… #3 High Strike makes his first start in the Knudsen barn and first since January and drops to the bottom here, but you wonder if he’ll be a bit outfooted going one turn despite short odds…

RACE 55-1-8-3

#5 Motskari’s four races since in 2026 include two against better and a third on a wet surface (he’s 0-for-4 on wet tracks), but he keeps trying hard and might be catching a group he can handle in this spot… If, as we suspect, the speedy Shea D World scratches, that could leave #1 Camp David to control the pace; he’s been running well enough against nickel claimers going three turns and might benefit from shortening up… #8 Rol Again Dancer has run pretty well his last two…

RACE 64-9-1-3

#4 Seldom Seen Mine has run two pretty good races, last out getting to near-even terms with the winner late before settling for second in a race that’s produced a next-out winner… #9 Mayorofgreencounty ran a huge one last out when he nearly lost his rider out of the gate, dropping into a distant last, before rallying for second, and he may well gallop in here; but he’s been beaten at 3-5 and 1-9 and will have to overcome a wide post assuming no scratches, and the three outer posts have been the worst three this season at this trip… #1 Binyamin improved a bit in latest and gets Lasix and blinkers, both for the first time, in his first two-turn try…

RACE 73-2-7-5

#3 Just a Wizard, lightly raced with just seven starts to date, makes his second start in the Brown barn and gets blinkers on for the first time while also stretching out; trainer Brown wins at a 24% clip with a 1.96 ROI second off the claim, and this one projects to be speed of the speed… #2 Bold Desert and #7 Magical Surprise cut similar profiles as veterans who have been knocking on the door at this level, with Magical Surprise the beaten favorite in his last three; either could win here… #5 Ed’s Prophecy makes his first start off the Javier Contreras claim; Contreras rarely claims but often wins first time after he does (3-for-7)…

RACE 81-4-7-10

#1 Seven Natty Patty ran too well to lose in latest, surviving a lengthy pace battle with the second choice in the wagering — that runner faded to last — to go clear in the lane before getting collared late by Thunderturtle, who rallied from last to win; trainer Adorno has a 6-for-29 mark second off the claim… #4 Corri Felice arrives off an easy win, and the place and show horses both won their follow-ups… Her form is completely in-and-out, with horrible outings interspersed with good one, but the best from #7 Golden Girl Lena would put her in the mix…
