Race 7 – Alw 95000n1x
1. #11 Coach Case (9-2) – Tough post for this distance on the inner turf course, but was bet to favorite in both tries and can win with a repeat of his last race
2. #10 The Paddock Pastor (5-2) – Puts blinkers back on and has a good record in the money on turf, but needs to stay mid pack with Irad Ortiz
3. #7 Charles J (8-1) – Not the best candidate to win, but could find himself in the mix with a strong effort especially if there is early pace
4. #2 Bosun (4-1) – Stretches in distance but has been closing in his last three going shorter so maybe just needs more ground to close into here
Race 8 – Clm 12500
1. #7 Intermittent Fast (9-5) – Not a lock to win at this price, but got caught up in a ridiculous pace last time and gets considerable class relief here
2. #3 Maggie T (8-1) – Seems to run her best at this distance and would offer good value at around this price to finish in the money plus has won over this track
3. #5 Floge (6-1) – Drops in class and cuts back in distance as a heavily raced four year old who has shown enough to compete with this group
4. #9 Gone and Forgotten (3-1) – Has hit the board in thirty of her forty-three tries lifetime, and despite some slowing down she can still find her way in the money
Race 9 – Grade III Quick Call Stakes
1. #6 Insubordination (8-1) – Off a layoff but has been training well and found his ideal race with these conditions and distance plus could be good value
2. #2 Governor Sam (6-5) – Broke his maiden here last year and should be on the lead with a chance to go gate to wire if he runs his best
3. #5 Supersonic Blue (5-1) – Fell behind the leaders after a poor break last time, but has some of the highest upside in this field if he breaks sharp with Governor Sam
4. #4 No Evidence (4-1) – Could be sitting off a very sharp pace but has experience doing so and possesses the speed to finish in the money as he has in all four tries
Race 10 – MC 50000
1. #2 Vino Samara (8-1) – Drops from state bred maiden company into claiming and was her most competitive in her two turf tries out of five attempts
2. #10 Professor Grace (4-1) – Only lost by two and a half last time against maiden company, so should improve with the drop back to claiming and is trending upwards
3. #3 Wild Mischief (7-2) – Will need to adjust to this distance, but tough to go against these connections, especially Prat who is off to another strong start this meet
4. #7 Calling an Audible (6-1) – Dividend Recap enters off of a near two year layoff and Mischievous Trick hasn’t been as good recently as this filly by Audible
