Race 3 – Grade III Victory Ride Stakes
1. #1 Beauty Reigns (2-1) – Finished well in defeat last time out and has the best effort at this distance of this group
2. #4 Indy Bay (8-5) – Should be in the right position early with a forward trip and has been impressive in her last three wins
3. #3 Echo Sound (9-5) – A winner of four out of five starts including the only graded winner, this filly isn’t quite as quick as Indy Bay but could benefit if Hollygrove presses
4. #2 Hollygrove (6-1) – Not the most likely winner here, but could play a key role if she pulls Indy Bay into quick early fractions
Race 8 – Wild Applause Stakes
1. #5 Classic Q (4-1) – Cuts back to a more manageable distance and has chances here at good value if she stays off the lead this time
2. #7 Lavender Disaster (5-2) – Was overmatched in her lone stakes try, but won her other two and keeps Irad in the irons here
3. #6 Play With Fire (9-5) – First time in the Chad Brown barn, this filly has been consistent thus far but may need a bit more pace to take aim at
4. #2 Love and Poetry (8-1) – A strong late finisher with Joel Rosario, this filly by Hard Spun continues to trend in the right direction and offers good value here
Race 9 – Clm 25000
1. #4 Skylander (9-2) – Has typically run better at route distances, stretching out to nine furlongs here which should help him bounce back after his last try
2. #5 Margin of Air (8-5) – Drops from an optional claiming and has run better against claiming company with a solid record in the money as a clear top choice here
3. #1 Fromanothamutha (4-1) – Hasn’t been at his best as of late, but has competed against this level or better with his top races comparing well
4. #7 He’s Got This (12-1) – May have benefited from the sloppy surface last time, but still has more upside than some others who have questions to answer here
Race 10 – Alw 110000n1x
1. #10 Tales of the Heart (9-2) – Tough post here, but should get a better trip and hopefully be more forward entering the stretch this time with winning chances late
2. #1 Beyond Lucky (6-1) – Should be aggressive early and cuts back to a manageable distance after being passed late last time going a furlong further
3. #3 La Salvadorena (7-2) – Prat takes this mount and could be there late if the pace heats up plus has shown good consistency in here career
4. #5 Quiet Confidence (8-1) – Took a clear step forward in her first try on turf, and has a bit more upside than the other long shots You Decide and Tap It Up
Race 11 – Mdn 100k
1. #5 Key Actress (5-1) – Should be good value and has run well in two tries, but was in control of both races and couldn’t hold on late so she may need a mid pack trip here
2. #2 Bint Al Dandy (6-1) – Takes off blinkers and drops from slightly higher class with a return to further distance which suits her better
3. #9 Opera de Ravel (5-2) – This Chad Brown trainee enters off a layoff of over a year, and gets Flavian Prat in the irons but will need to improve to have winning chances
4. #7 Magnum’s Microbrst (8-1) – First timer Peak Hype has some upside in this spot, but this filly has four starts under her belt and has been steadily improving
