Race #1 Picks: 5-4-2-6

In this $7,500 claiming race for fillies and mares at 5 ½ furlongs, #5 Hufflepuff (5-2) has won two of five at Delaware Park and has some of the best speed figures of this group. She fits well here. #4 Reiterate (9-5) is fairly consistent and seldom runs a bad race. She has early speed but usually can’t hold it in the stretch.  If she can match her last race here at Delaware, she will be in the mix. #2 Ms. Malevolence (7-2) has had some good races here at Delaware with two wins this year and should be considered.  #6 Notion Interruptus (6-1) has not won in Delaware in nine tries but could get a piece of the exotics today with this weak field.

Race #2 Picks: 2-6-1A-5

Race #3 Picks: 3-4-5-8

Race #4 Picks: 5-1-6-3

Race #5 Picks: 3-6-4-1

Race #6 Picks: 5-2-6-3

Race #7 Picks: 4-3-2-1

In this $44,000 first level allowance for fillies and mares at 5 ½ furlongs, #4 Summer of Mischief (5-2) has been running in allowance races at Monmouth since leaving the maiden ranks in Tampa. She tried turf after several tries at first level allowance races on the dirt. She may find the competition easier at Delaware Park than what she has faced recently, and we have her on top today. #3 Lanfrankophile (3-1) will press the pace and look to make a late move. She has finished in the top three in her last six races and should be competitive again with this group. #2 R Averie Lynn (9-5) almost won at this level in last when she got caught in a speed duel. This filly will be quick out of the gate and will be the one they are trying to catch. #1 Awesome Birdie (6-1) won her last two and trainer John Rigattieri’s barn has been hot lately.

Race #8 Picks: 2-4-5-1
