Race #1 Picks: 7-6-5-1

Race #2 Picks: 1-2-6-4

Race #3 Picks: 8-5-6-2

Race #4 Picks: 4-2-5-1

Race #5 Picks: 5-3-7-1

Race #6 Picks: 1-2-3-7

In this allowance/optional claiming race at one mile, #1 Shackqueenking (9-5) ran a respectable race against Cordmaker when fourth in the Grade-3 General George Stakes in February. He then came back a few weeks ago in a race that was washed off the turf and only had three runners, but he still appeared to be in good form.  This gelding is a little faster than the other competitors in this event. #2 Air Token (5-2) is a solid contender who has run some good races in Maryland. Has been working well and is stretching out to a mile after running in sprints recently.  #3 Senior Investment (8-1) is an eight-year-old who has won almost $800,000 in his career. He has lots of back class. This will only be his third start of the year, and he may be primed for a big effort. #7 Armando R (4-1) has been working well during his layoff and looks ready to run.

Race #7 Picks: 10-7-12-11

In this $44,000 Allowance Race for N1X at about one mile and 70 yards on the turf #10 Hey Padre (6-1) just missed in an allowance race at Colonial a couple weeks ago with a 74 speed figure. This gelding seldom runs a bad race and we have him on top.   #7 Crisper (12-1) is an improving three-year-old who has been running very well on the turf at Penn National this summer. We think he will be able to take this step up in class and be very competitive with this group. #12 Saketumi (12-1), an also-eligible, is another Penn shipper who has had some good efforts this summer. He was very solid when he left the maiden ranks at Parx in June and looks like he is one of the faster horses in this group.   #11 Crabs N Beer (7-2) has been running well on the turf against Maryland-breds and fits well with these. Leading trainer and jockey have been hot lately.

Race #8 Picks: 5-2-6-7
