RACE NUMBER | CONTENDERS | COMMENTS |
Race 7 | 4-1-8-7 | #4 Bruno Barber Girl (7-2): Was second last start versus the same but was no match for the winner. With the addition of blinkers and making her third start, improvement is expected. #1 Lindalovesgold (4-1): By a top two-year-old sire in Bolt d’Oro and works say she is ready. She needs to overcome inside post. #8 Maggie (9-2): Was third last out with similar and gets better post this time. She should improve for a major share. #7 Zippy Do Da Day (5-1): Her works say she is ready. Ships in from Fair Hill, and if she gets the trip, she could surprise at a square price. |
Race 9 | 8-2-6-9 | #8 Miss Dillingham (7-2): Was third last out to similar as heavy favorite. Ran off three in a row with similar prior to that and should make amends for top trainer Jamie Ness. #2 Sweet Willemina (9-2): She beat better last out going a route of ground. Today’s 7/8 distance appears to be a good distance for her. If she gets the trip, she’s the main threat to top pick. #6 Flashing Diamond (4-1): Won same race last out, but distance is a bit of a question. She needs an easy lead for a share. #9 Love On Fire (6-1): Claimed last out for $16,000 off a win. Distance suits and has beaten better earlier. Can upset at square price. |
