Charles Town has added live racing on Sunday night, August 22 following approval given by the West Virginia Racing Commission given on Monday.  The special Sunday card will kick off at Charles Town’s standard first race post time of 7:00 P.M. and will be the same program from this past Saturday evening that was cancelled.
