Today’s featured event at Saratoga is the Grade 2 National Museum of Racing Hall of Fame Stakes, a 1 1/16 mile turf test for three-year-olds.

Two Midlantic-breds are scheduled to take on four other horses (after one scratch):

  • Maryland-bred Give No Quarter, trained by Graham Motion, is a Sagamore Farm homebred who’s 3-1 on the morning line.  He owns two wins from five career starts, most recently beat allowance foes at Belmont, and will be seeking the first stakes victory of his brief career.  He’s by Tiz Wonderful out of the unraced Not for Love mare Roadtohanna; and
  • Long on Value, a Virginia-bred, won two stakes as a juvenile but is winless in five tries as a sophomore.  Trained by Bill Mott for Wachtel Stable and George Kerr, he was bred by Snow Lantern Thoroughbreds.  He’s by Value Plus out of the unraced Orientate mare Long Message and is 5-1 on the morning line.
