LAUREL PARK JOCKEYS
Yedsit Hazlewood won with six of 17 starters last week, the most of any rider at Laurel, and expanded his overall wins lead… Jevian Toledo went 4-for-7 in a productive weekend, while Martin Chuan won three and JG Torrealba won two… In all, 14 riders won at least one race… Hazlewood has 39 wins, while Angel Cruz is his nearest pursuer with 17… Toledo and Chuan have 13 wins each, while JG Torrealba and Carlos Lopez have 10 apiece… Cruz, Andres Chavez, and Hazlewood are in a virtual dead heat for the added wins lead, with Cruz and Chavez at 3.08 and Hazlewood checking in with 3.07… Added wins compares a rider’s actual wins to the number of wins the odds would have predicted, with a positive total meaning the rider had won more races than the odds of his or her mounts suggest… The range of all riders is 3.08 to (-3.83)…
