NTRA to match aftercare contributions during NHC

Names Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance event’s charity partner

Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance has been announced as the Official Charity Partner of the NTRA National Horseplayers Championship (NHC). The event will take place at the Horseshoe Las Vegas Hotel and Casino from March 13-15, 2026. On Sunday, March 15, NTRA will present a check to Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance, matching horseplayer donations made throughout the week up to a maximum of $5,000.

Throughout the week, Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance will host a booth where horseplayers are encouraged to stop by and learn more about accredited aftercare. A special giveaway will be available to NHC participants while supplies last. Additional branded merchandise will be offered in exchange for a donation. Attendees will also have the opportunity to donate and enter for a chance to win various prizes from Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance. Participants can stop by the booth to learn more about the prizes.

Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance will also be on-site for NTRA’s Last Chance First Chance NHC qualifier, which is held on Thursday, March 12. NTRA generously donated a VIP experience during Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance’s “Off to the Races” online charity auction earlier this year. The VIP experience included hotel accommodation and a waived entry fee for this qualifier.
