RACE 1

1. Energize	Blinkers on after credible try behind $775k auction purchase Varney last out; shows a bullet move in the interim
3. Bayou Blitz	Could be a Stidham exacta; speedster gets 7-pound bug up and should be on the engine
6. Military Road	Ran well in good company but has been off since September; a return to earlier form might be enough

RACE 2

2. He’s in Charge	Has won three straight versus starter foes
5. Undalay	Beat similar in latest and projects to be controlling speed
1. Rad Paisley	Good try in latest but could not get by winner Remembering Wilbur

RACE 3 – OFF THE TURF

13. C. C. Foxii	Stretches out to two turns in third off the bench; sire War of Will’s average offspring winning distance is over 7 furlongs
1. Lyric Street	Either of her two prior two-turn tries on the main track would put her in the mix
12. Lord’s Lady	Late-running sort has been willing without making much impact in two versus similar

2. Magic Spin	Consistent sort drops into good spot and should be able to work out a good trip
1. Majestic Tiger	Late runner just missed last out but may be compromised by lack of early speed in this event

RACE 5 – OFF THE TURF

5. Quick Tempo	Has won two straight and four of six; makes first start off the bench for leading trainer/rider and figures a handful unless he gets hooked early
10. Genghis	88-start veteran will be running late and could get the setup
14. Altobelli	Another with tons of early speed
