- RACES ON CARD: 8
- CARRYOVERS: None

RACE 1
7. Caerus (6-1) | Gelding by Curlin is a good combination of value and comparable speed figures at this distance |
6. Style Me Royal (9-5) | Certainly a factor if he is near the lead early, with two gate to wire wins at this distance on this track over the summer |
5. Flat Lucky (3-2) | Better at route distances than sprints, and should be the favorite with his record in the money lifetime |
RACE 2
4. Sir Chance a Lot (3-1) | Showed promise in his debut, albeit on turf, but should get a better surface to run on this time |
7. Kaladin (2-1) | Has the best start of any of those who have raced, and may be good enough with a repeat of that try |
6. Hello Sunshine (6-1) | Good jockey trainer combo in a limited sample size may not win but should be in the mix |
RACE 3
1. Pistol Or Shotgun (2-1) | Made an impressive move into third last time at this distance and can win if he gets away a bit quicker |
6. Edward Madden (4-1) | Drops slightly in class and returns to dirt where he has more experience |
4. John’s Promise (8-5) | Finishes in the money at a strong clip, starting first off the claim from Michael Simone |

RACE 4 – ON THE TURF
7. The Sugars (6-1) | Has kept good company; showed improvement through the summer to this spot |
8. All Gas No Brakes (8-1) | Last two tries at eight furlongs indicate no issues with distance and may be best at routes |
3. Zenith (7-2) | Filly by Munnings picked up five lengths in her debut, now adding a half furlong |
6. Social Love (5-1) | Adds blinkers for Jamie Ness who has won at an impressive 30% clip this meet with nearly two-hundred starters |
DIRT PICKS: 5-6-8
RACE 5
6. La Macchina Rossa (8-1) | Not the classiest, but has three straight strong efforts with improving speed figures and should be a good price |
8. Buckin’ Great (2-1) | Virginia bred gets class relief for this strong jockey trainer combo |
4. Virologist (3-1) | Some of the better races at this distance in this group, running her best off the bench two back |
RACE 6
5. In My Memories (9-5) | Wins if she runs back to last effort off the bench |
6. Sevilla (8-1) | Drops from optional claimer and should take a step forward returning to this class |
7. Peachyness (5-2) | Needs a sharper break but similar to Sevilla will get major class relief in this spot |
RACE 7 – ON THE TURF
9. Payout Ratio (5-1) | Clear tactical advantage over this group with plenty of early speed and two wins in two tries over this turf course |
6. Nature’s Candy (6-1) | Dropping from two straight stakes races should lead to improvement in performance |
1. Blessed Touch (12-1) | Tough to ignore Stidham who has had a successful meet and sends this classy dirt filly to turf for the first time |
3. Expecting a Winner (15-1) | Has done her best running since switching surfaces, finishing in the money in five of six starts on turf |
DIRT PICKS: 1-5-6
RACE 8
7. I’m Bleu Too (2-1) | A primary threat if Hernandez gets this filly out of the gate quicker than her previous two tries |
4. S K Moon (8-5) | Drops to easier competition, starting over this track for just the second time but may be too far back early |
3. No Walk Inthe Park (6-1) | Steps up slightly in class, but has been competitive against lesser and should be good value |
