Carryovers: None; Notes: Main track fast, turf good

Race #1 Picks: 2-3-7-4

Race #2 Picks: 4-2-3-5

Race #3 Picks: 5-4-1-6

Race #4 Picks: 1-6-2-5

Race #5 Picks: 4-8-9-7

Race #6 Picks: 5-2-6-3

In this starter/optional claiming race for fillies and mares at 5 ½ furlongs, #5 Untouched Elegance (6-1) tried the turf in last without success and is now back to the dirt. This is a small class drop for her, and if she can run back the races she had at Oaklawn Park this spring, she should be right there at the finish. #2 R Averie Lynn (2-1) was running against better in Maryland. She has a habit of taking the lead and then settling for second place. If she takes the lead with this group, she may be able to hold on. #6 Domineer (3-1) ran some decent speed figures earlier this year. Trainer Jose D’Angelo was 1-for-1 with his only starter at Delaware last year and 0-for-1 this year, but that race was taken off the turf. #3 Snackster (4-1) raced at Gulfstream Park earlier this year and will be vying for the early lead and could get in the mix.

Race #7 Picks: 6-10-3-5

In this starter/optional claiming race for fillies and mares at 5 furlongs on the turf, #6 New Drama (4-1) is looking to make it two straight under the same conditions. She seldom runs a bad race and is not facing any monsters today. She should be able to get to the lead and win again. #10 Lionessofbrittany (5-2) is an also eligible, and if she draws in she could make some noise. She was running in stakes company at Gulfsteam Park but has been away from racing for over a year and the $25,000 price tag is a little suspicious. #3 Kashan (5-1) is making her first try on the turf, but if her dirt form holds, she could be in the mix. #5 Likely Choice (8-1) is moving back to the grass, which is the surface she seems to prefer. She will be closing late and passing the tired ones.

Race #8 Picks: 1-8-3-5
