Race #1   Picks:   5-1-3-2

Race #2   Picks:   6-4-1-2

Race #3   Picks:   3-12-7-10

Race #4   Picks:   7-6-2-4

Race #5   Picks:   10-2-7-5

Race #6   Picks:   4-5-2-6

In this first-level allowance/optional claiming race for fillies and mares at one mile there is a lot of early speed which sets up for a closer like #4 Baby Gundin (6-1) who may benefit from a fast early pace.  She couldn’t catch #5 Striking Chrome (2-1) in the stretch last time who benefitted from an easy lead on slow pace.  We think this time it will Baby Gundin will get up to win. #2 Sammie Sunshine (3-1) is having a great year with five wins in ten starts. This frontrunner will be setting the pace and it would not be surprising if she is with the leaders at the wire. #6 Dr. Ann (8-1) has won three straight and could be in the mix.

Race #7  Picks:   8-4-2-5

In this second-level allowance/optional claiming race for fillies and mares at about 5 furlongs on the turf #8 Flyingontheground (2-1) has run two strong second-place finishes on the turf this summer. She won on the Delaware turf last fall.  She is always well meant, and looks like a standout in this field.  We have her on top today.  #4 Olive Kat (6-1) ran some good speed figures on the turf this summer. This versatile mare can run on grass or dirt. A contender. #2 Proper Manners (4-1) has been in the trifecta in 10 of 13 lifetime turf starts with 4 wins. A possibility. #5 Baci (8-1) always puts in a good effort and should be considered.

Race #8   Picks:   3-7-2-8
