Of the suggested multi-race wagers cashed $2 DOUBLE in R1-R2 for $24.00 (cost: $12) and .50 PICK-3 in R3-R5 for $135.70 (cost: $9).
  • BEST BET of the Day (94: 24-23-14) Gig Em (1st race: 7-2 M/L; 5-2 PT) was screwed when bobbling at the break then brushed with PETER’S CREEK, the jock then rushed him up into contention early (because he needs the lead to win), hugged rail, disputed the pace then gave way turning for home finishing 5th.
  • LONGSHOT PLAY OF THE DAY (88: 11-12-18) El Jefe Grande (4th race: 20-1 M/L; 18-1 PT) saved ground off the early pace, came under a ride around the final turn, eased off the inside in upper stretch, split foes late and kept on willingly to finish 3rd and return $4.40 to SHOW.
