  • The BEST BET of the Day (40: 8-11-6) Lovable Lady (8th race: 2-1 M/L; 1-1 PT) prompted the pace outside the winner, came under pressure past the quarter pole, gave hard chase past the eighth pole and gave way grudgingly to return $2.40 to SHOW.
  • The LONGSHOT PLAY OF THE DAY (35: 5-4-9) So Royal (7th race: 6-1 M/L; 6-1 PT) failed to get the early lead so       chased the pace inside horses and weakened in the lane to finish 9th.
