Sometimes you do get a second chance to make a first impression.
In that vein, the Delaware Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association (DTHA) is offering this week a “second chance” stallion season auction, the week after its main auction. The second chance auction extends until Sunday, January 17 at 8:00 p.m.
Proceeds from the auction go to benefit the DTHA’s Winner’s Circle Political Action Committee Fund, which helps represent horsemen in the state capital of Dover.
The second chance auction offers several stallions with “no reserve” pricing. That means that if you’re the highest bidder, you get the season, regardless of how high or low your bid might be; the seasons on offer are also no guarantee seasons.
