Monmouth Park Racetrack has launched its own fantasy sports website with real money games starting this Saturday, January 2, 2016. The website, www.mpscoreattheshore.com, is currently accepting signups for daily, weekly and season long fantasy games.
With game statistics being provided by STATS, a worldwide leader in statistical sports data, and powered by Star Fantasy Leagues, Score at the Shore is the first New Jersey-based fantasy sports operation with real money action.
“This has been many months in the making,” said Bill Knauf, vice president of business operations for the racetrack. “We are pleased to partner with Star Fantasy Leagues as we continue our goal of an increased gaming and entertainment presence in New Jersey. We invite all Garden State residents and those players in other legal states to join with us in this exciting new venture.”
As detailed on its website, “Play in the unique games at Score at the Shore where you can win cash by acting as a general manager in fantasy football, basketball, hockey, or baseball. It’s FUN, it’s FREE, and it’s LEGAL!”
