RICH GLAZIER

One of the joys of racing is the many characters that populate it.  One of those is Delaware Park paddock announcer Rich Glazier who reports, with almost no prompting, that even though he missed the 1968 Delaware Handicap because he was serving in Vietnam at the time, he still managed to get a bet in on Politely — and Politely won!
