For our second Four on the Floor, we’ve put the Mid-Atlantic’s three stakes races this weekend in the hopper and added a maiden race from Charles Town, which is the race immediately preceding Saturday’s Leavitt Memorial Stake there.  In our (perhaps questionable) judgment, the region’s racing looks unfortunately chalky.  But, ya never know…
